Ordering from Champ Pans
All orders placed before 2 p.m. (CST) will be shipped the same day if in stock.
All initial shipments are C.O.D. (certified check or money order). Visa, Master Card, and Discover are also accepted. All shipments sent RED, BLUE, or ORANGE must be paid with a credit card. Dealers are encouraged to use Visa, Master Card, or Discover.

Warranty
JR. Manufacturing, Inc. warrants that when our products are properly installed in the correct application, they will be free from defect. All products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days. This warranty applies to any product which, after detailed inspection by JR. Manufacturing, Inc., is found to have a defect in material or workmanship.
Return Policy
All damages, shortages, or wrong parts must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. A customer should call to obtain a Return Authorization number. All returns must include proof of purchase, detailed information regarding the problem, your name, address, and phone number. All products returned must be returned freight prepaid for inspection. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted. If the product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, it will be replaced or repaired at no charge, including freight (regular freight only) or a credit or refund will be issued. Any products that are damaged or modified by the customer will not be accepted for return. In addition, there are no returns on custom work. All warranty issues will be determined at the discretion of the company. All merchandise returned after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Product Shipped in Error
Any product(s) shipped to our customers in error as in wrong part will be replaced with the correct product(s) at no charge. The replacement product(s) will be shipped to the customer at no cost in the same manor that the original order was shipped and a call tag will be issued to pick up the product(s) that were shipped in error. We will not upgrade the shipping.
