Shipping

All orders are shipped via Spee-Dee or UPS depending on location. If order is placed before 1 pm and product(s) are in stock, product(s) will ship out the same day.

If order needs to go on a skid, we can set up LTL freight or you can schedule pickup. We do charge an additional fee for orders that need to be shipped on a skid.

Return Policy

All damages, shortages or wrong parts must be reported within 5 days of receipt of product(s). All returns must have an RGA number written on the outside of the box and a copy of the original invoice inside the box. Any return after 30 days will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. We will not accept any returns after 90 days. Ship freight prepaid to: Champ Pans, 6198 US Hwy 12, Eau Claire, WI 54701.

Warranty

All of our products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. If, after inspection, the product is deemed to be defective, it will be replaced or refund in payment will be issued. Due to the intended use of the products, all products are sold without any written, oral, expressed or implied warranty. The purchaser assumes all liabilities, responsibilities and risks associated with using these products.
